Terms of sale

A contract between the customers and Lorella for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed, despatched and the goods have been accepted.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials on this Website are owned, controlled, or licensed to Lorella.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

Payments terms
Following payments methods are welcome: Paypal, Western Union, advance wire transfer.

Delivery Terms

Italy
La spedizione avviene con servizio "Lettera Raccomandata 1" e viene comunicato al cliente il numero di spedizione. Lorella non è responsabile per ritardi o mancati recapiti una volta che la spedizione è stata affidata alle Poste Italiane spa.
I giorni di consegna sono garantiti solo per alcune località e in alcune condizioni specifiche stabilite da Poste Italiane spa, quindi non è un termine certo di consegna.

Rest of the World
Usually a 1/2 weeks delivery is possible during the year. Sometimes it is not possible to process the orders (Holidays, i.e. Italian Holidays), so we will promptly inform the customers about delivery time when the order is processed.
We are not responsible of any delay nor before, during or after shipping. Expecially after shipping we are not responsible for delays due to shippers or customs.
As soon as the parcel is shipped we confirm tracking number via email to allow the customers to check out the status of the shipment.

Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return them to us unused within 7 days for an exchange or full refund. We strongly recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting when sending a return, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Security and Privacy
We guarantee the maximum privacy for any personal informations we get during the order and after the order is processed.
Lorella adopt secure transactions only and we rely on world-wide tested payment systems.
All personal informations can be cancelled from our files with written request only.
